Jr NTR’s Sweet Gesture Touched Every One and Makes Happy


The second edition of IIFA was held in a grand manner for two days in Hyderabad. IIFA has been one among the prestigious award events of Indian cinema. The South Indian IIFA Event took place on March 28-29th in Hyderabad. While the first day saw Tamil and Malayalam film stars lighting up the event, it was the turn of Telugu and Kannada stars to be honoured on the second day.

Young Tiger NTR has been awarded the Best Actor Award for his stupendous performance in 2016’s Telugu blockbuster film Janatha Garage. The film also bagged 6 awards in different categories.

While speaking at the event, NTR said that it’s a collective effort of all heroes to make the best for this industry, surely these fans are stumped. Tarak asked Nani and Vijay Devarakonda to share the award along with him on the stage which left everyone in surprise. Touched by the gesture of Tarak, Nani and Vijay Devarakonda walked onto the stage.

Tarak even lauded Superstar Mahesh Babu and he called him the most handsome actor of their generation. Tarak left Nani in heaps of praises calling him one of the greatest actors of Telugu cinema.

Meanwhile, Koratala Siva won best director award and Mythri Movie Makers grabbed the best picture award for Janatha Garage. Devi Sri Prasad, for his impressive tunes in Janatha Garage, bagged the best Music director award. Ramajogayya Sastry and Geetha Madhuri won the best lyrics and best female singer award respectively.

Samantha grabbed the best actress award for her role in Trivikram’s A..Aa. Allu Arjun, who bagged glory for his impeccable performance in Rudhramadevi, won the best supporting actor award. Nani and Rana Daggubati hosted the event which turned out to be one of the best events in the recent times.
